If you look at the document I to which I refer, or even just the screengrab in the post above, you will see "Movant" is in higher case. Given it was an unfamiliar word, I took the deliberate decision to carry that over into my post so readers would not get confused. I thought the reason for me using upper case would be obvious in these circumstances to anyone who cared, and I would avoid irksome replies...
