Congratulations to the District Judge, Kathleen Williams for a thorough analysis of the legal position and congratulations also to the court appointed Amici Curiae (who waived any fee for so acting) and the 35 retired federal judges who gave this case the momentum needed. Looks like the American legal system has got teeth after all. (No, don't mention the Supreme Court...)
